As the title said I have some problem with my copy of the game. First of all when the game was early-access I bought the game with the founders edition dlc. At the moment the dlc is missing from the game, and in the Paradox launcher the program unable to verify the ownership of the dlc. Also, while my P Account and Epic Account linked the game doesn't show up in the P Account library.

Any thoughts or tips what to do ?

Heya!

So we had an issue with the Founder's edition content not showing up - and there is still an issue with it saying that it cannot verify the ownership however they should still be showing up in the game - could you check your game itself, so that if you launch it (and it is the version number 1.21.2.1261) the content is there? Easiest to check would be the Pathfinder statue, as that will be visible in your Build Menu immediately after starting a new game.

Can't help with the game not showing in your Paradox Account library though - but hopefully the DLC content is showing now!

Hey! Just wanted to mention that I was also not seeing the founders edition content on my Series X earlier today. I haven't tried a new save, but in my pre 1.0 save the statue is missing from the build menu.

I’m also not able to find the game or either of the dlcs on my Paradox account, also purchased through Epic. Both of the dlcs are visible and enabled in the games launcher but have the “unable to verify ownership” message. in-game I can only see the specialist and statue from the founders edition, I cannot see any of the flags offered in the Ultimate colony upgrade.

Got the same problem, it shows both DLC in my list but also unable to verify, ingame it tells me i got the founders edition but i dont see the statue. do i need to buy the ulti edition or is this free because of early acces?

Linking your Paradox and Epic accounts here should help with the bonus content showing in the game:

HOWEVER items in your Epic account will never appear in your Paradox account as such, because Epic provide no way of syncing game ownership to external accounts, unlike Steam.

My game shows on xbox as the basic aftermath and not founders edition despite having the game since march. My version shows as 1.21.1.196 and no updates available in store

It's the same on the xbox series X, also what did the founder edition owners get in the 1.0? I'm trying to find out so I can decide to get the upgrade that came out! Great job by the way (not sarcasm, I promise)!

For MS users you should get a code from MS that unlocks the Founders Edition content, Epic users should already have it as they released an update last night.

Check sum is the same but my game doesn't show the Statue, where in the building menue should the appear as there are no appearance buildings available.

What platform are you having this issue in?

If its Epic

1) In the Paradox Launcher do you hvae a tab called DLC on the left? If you click it does the DLC show up as enabled? (it may have an alert "we cannot verify this DLC" which is benign)
2) in-game check the lower left hand corner for the build version
3) The founder edition is more easily checked by going through a new game and looking for the 3 Founder flags. But it is also visible right as you start a game as a your Pathfinder statue is in the "decorations" tab

It is Epic.
The DLCs are enabled.
The checksum fits,
There is no decorations tab when I play the game.

can you post screenshots of

1) the dlc tab in the paradox launcher
2) the main menu
3) the visuals tab when making a new game you should see the founders flags but they're half way down
4) start the game, launch the flare, build the campsite and show the build screen

Great classic show effect.
Don't ask me what I did but I can't show my problems as they are no longer existing. I now have the Pathfinders statue...

Thank you for your help

Hmm the only thing I remember doing was changing the language from german to english

Well there's a reason there's a joke where if your car doesn't start, the computer science guy tells you to get out of the car, get back in and try to start it. o_O

Hey all!

So... if I am reading this thread right, everything should be okay (fingers crossed as I am typing this)? As mentioned above, Xbox players should get a code that unlocks the founder's edition content they previously had and Epic should be working after you have installed the newest version and accepted the terms from Epic (should redirect you to a separate site on your browser).

If anyone is still experiencing issues with their founder's edition content, please do let me know! Oh and if possible, mention your platform as well when posting :)
