Missing flags problem

Hey guys,

I've got a problem with EU3. Today I removed the game from my pc (I had the meiou mod but wanted it gone), but after reinstalling it, the flags have gone missing (I get black flags when playing). I tried to fix this by removing the flagfiles.dds but it didn't work. Any ideas how I can fix this? I'm running the game from steam with all expansions and sprite packs on windows 7.

The trick with steam is to verify the integrity of the game cache.

Right click on EU3 go to properties > local files > verify integrity fo game cache.

This checks your game against the server one and gets you any missing files, I always do this after installing a game on steam.
