missing cores

I wanted to release Czechoslovakia as my pupper with SU. For some reason it isnt possible to give Czechoslovakia back all its territories becouse they lost their claims and cores becouse of occupying from Hungary and Germany. I would provide savefile, but its cloud ironman and i cant find it anywhere. Another things that worries me that i cant return provinces to Allies when we are not in war with each other. Thanks.

I think that at the peace conference there should be table with conquered countries so that everyone could just release all of their territories at once so i dont have to do this for each country separately. (Zaolzie from Poland, Southern Slovakia and Ruthenia from Hungary, Central Slovakia from Slovakia, etc.)

I saw that but i thinked they fixed it alredy the cores gets lost after you take them a second time but im not sure about it it was a case in most of states but some had no cores at all even when they were taken for first time . Quick solution add options to return state it would work like cede state you can return all states to one country that could be returned or do it manually .
