Missing Byzantine Laws

I've just downloaded the newest 2.5.2 version (I'm assuming that's the proper numbering), and I've noticed that all the unique byzantine law decisions, such as the 'theme system' laws are missing.

Were they removed a while ago, or is this an installation error?

Theme System laws were removed in Zeus4 -- we are now on Zeus7 (2016-05-28). Meanwhile, the ERE has a truckload more mechanics & flavor than it's ever had at this point.

You must have been away from HIP for awhile friend. You came back just in time to experience the largest amount of flavor and mechanics for the ERE HIP has ever implemented. Although I still think "Theme" should be in the mechanics somewhere, I'm happy the ERE are finally enjoyable in HIP again. Even more so that being a Vassal of the ERE has become more interesting.
