Misleading Steam description

Your description for the product Collection - Europa Universalis IV: Ultimate E-book Pack (http://store.steampowered.com/app/617961/) wrongly states ''Includes all Dynasty Shield packs ever released for Crusader Kings II. If you still wish to buy them seperately, please follow the links below.''

The same text appears on the product Collection - Crusader Kings II: Dynasty Shield Pack (http://store.steampowered.com/app/616210/) so as a friend of mine has purchased your ebooks under the assumptions they will also unlock dynasty shields I assume he or indeed anyone who has purchased the product by now is within their right to a refund or the item Collection - Crusader Kings II: Dynasty Shield Pack?

If the shields are indeed part of the offer I would welcome knowing how to unlock them.

I've passed it along to the Steam partner manager and asked him to give me some clarification.

Update on this, there seems to have been a spelling error, according to my colleague this has been clarified now.

Thank you. Does this mean individuals who purchased the Ultimate E-book Pack before this correction still receive the dynasty shields pack for ck2 as the offer stated upon their purchase?

Sadly not, as they are different Steam IDs and actually not connected in anyway. We can't make that connection happen without it being permanent and since it isn't supposed to be permanent, it can't be done. If that makes sense .
