Recently I had go back from HOI2 to playing HOI1 (especially as there are some great mos for later as great war mod or C.O.R.E.). I would like to know, is there an equivalent of HOI2 misc.txt file in HOI1? I would like to review game modifiers. Also is there an equivalent of modifiers.txt? Does anybody know how to lower the attrition in under 34 infra. provinces? It is kind of silly that I loose 10 000+ men when just travelling from Tripoli to Alexandria with 30000 troops. I mean 150 years prior to WW2 Napoleon did it with far less attrition. And he was travelling in worst possible weather and conditions (in the middle of summer).
