Chapter 1: Beginning of the journey
There were many plans in the government of Luxembourg, a Grand Duchy in middle of Europe. Protected by the Neutrality treaty which didn't stop Germans occupying her in 1914. The Duchess Charlotte or calling her with her full name Charlotte Adelgonde Elisabeth Marie Wilhelmine, succeeded her sister in 1919 and had ruled Luxembourg since then now had a serious decision to make. Is it a valid option to build an army that could stand against enemy agression or not. That was a decision she had to make. It is because the Luxembourg saw that Hitler is a tyran and should be in prison instead of ruling Germany. She tried to find ways to push it further into future and so she did. She decided to announce that Luxembourg is now a fully Developed Country and should be respected as other nations are.

The next step in starting the journey of keeping the Freedom of Luxembourg is to build defences. Luxembourg, not the poorest noir the richest had enough money to hire the designers of Maginot Line to build the unbreakable line of Duke William IV, father of Duchess Charlotte. The line would be the main defence of Luxembourg. Althrough Luxembourg is small and weak, it has ways to defend herself.

The Research centres of Luxembourg had to give modern weapons to Garnisson of Luxembourg. It was just about to get obselete and Luxembourg. While still being small had no chance to stand against agressions against it with the current tech level. The one division, being undermenned and underequiped had to defend Luxembourg on it's own.
The resources and reserves of Luxembourg seemed alright. Enough supplies for peace time and enough electricity and metal. There was no lack of rares. Althrough alot of money. Luxembourg couldn't buy production license. It had no men to equip the units, after all most of the army was consisted of officers. The defence of Luxembourg seemed pointless as of now.
The Defence Plan had to be remade. It had to work with the new William Line and it had to include it and like it had to be included, it had to be the main defence of the Duchy. Just to explain. Green is the first defensive line and the Blue is second one. Red is the last ditch defence. After the failure of all of the lines Luxembourg would simply surrender.
