Some suggestions to minor improvements in the current HOI2 Armageddon game engine.
1) Make Spypreffs added by AI file switch events replace current spypreffs instead of adding to the list of spypreffs.
2) Decrease the Hardcoded AI influencing willingness and increase the AI's Spying willingness.
3) Make the "succeed to send spy" outcome undetectable, so it does not give a message warning and do not effect relations. Fail to send spy should stay as are.
Not so minor changes:
1) Make the outcome of succeding "Mass media/global manipulation" mission for Dictatorship reduce belligerence for home country, or add a new mission which reduce belligerence, Counter mass media mission so to speak. Increasing belligerence in democracies has no real effect.
2) Make a new homeland mission that reduces dissent "Manipulate local media", counter smear campaign type mission. Make the dissent reduction low, say 0.5 or 1 point, and cost a bit on the high side.
