I've been playing the new patch for a bit and getting used to everything. Aside from various performance and any bugs that people might catch, I have two minor things I wish the devs would address.

I love the fact that they've added planet specialization (eg forge worlds) but as of right now they seem really hard to actually get the modifiers, if they could simply change the district maths to just focus the planet if a particular type of district is has the plurality out of total districts would be nice. For buildings I have to play more to see those modifiers but if it's as hard as districts then that number may need to be tweaked a little bit as well.

Another thing would be to change some of the research priorities so that artificial rare resources creation and buildings requiring said resources would come in order or at least weighted to come practically immediately. It really sucks to research tech to use something and theres no buildings to use it on, or the other way around.

This bit is already fixed on the test branch. You might miss it looking at the patch notes for it, since it was categorized under "bugs."
