Damn, I like it too but I really can't figure out how to move it thus much right/left (tried but the result was a distorted image). I'd have to ask someone, maybe wyK1NG-, about how to change what is probably hard coded, I'm afraid.

Anyway, the best solution I can provide by now is this one; see how it looks:





I like that too. BTW, from these screens you can also tell some other custom graphics I've done for AoD...

Me too, much more visible than the previous one, isn't it? I'll put it into some kind of graphics pack, I guess.

Heh, yes, I think I'll leave it for some days. ATM I'm rather happy with the golden clock, I must admit. Let's see if someone else finds a solution.

Thanks for the experience star links - as a matter of fact, I took the Iron Cross one and used to replace the "elite" brigade icon in auxiliary.bmp for HSR (when playing with Germany, ofc).

Other things, like tech team images and tech pics and events and such, I'd absolutley think could be colorized

Techpics are sweet major. Right up to your standard.

I know you have to be let you off the leash occasionally to keep you fresh, but if it were up to me I'd keep you harnessed to those excellent coloured leader and minister pics. Boy they make a difference.

You're both wrong, guys... that's Titan!

Everything you see on that little screenie (apart only for the three little colored icons under the unit's name: the HQ symbol, the in-supply indicator and the shovel, and the little coal icon that the replaces the IMHO useless "energy" one) has been done by me: the experience star, the new oil icon, the supply/oil bars with small 0%-50%-100% markers for reading ease, the coloured and resized clock in the leader's picture and of course the icon, portraiting "Sepp" Dietrich.

Thank you! I know about that but the reason why I used him is that I found a very good picture of him in a book, scanned it and the result was pretty good IMO. So I decided to leave it there, although technically he shouldn't fit as he was, as you correctly stated, the commander of the LSSAH.

But this is no real problem. If you guys would prefer someone else on that .bmp, I could do another icon for HQ III with a Heer general (wonder though how many people would have recognized it was Sepp Dietrich in that icon if I hadn't written so ).

About the clock stuff, give me some more time. I'd too like to find out how to put that damn piece of metal to the far right/left of the pictures


Edit: ok, think you'll like it. I've found the limit to which the clock can be "pushed" - and now it doesn't overlap both in the Leader screen and in the Minister one. I've made two versions: bottom right and bottom left. See the difference: (BTW, the file is here)

I'm thinking of doing NATO counters for unit icons (you know, skif type) and that I think CORE uses but a bit different with all the new units because I always prefer them.

Anyone else interested before I undertake that task? Of course, they will be optional, but I'm for adding as much as possible in order to have the user/player to freely select what he wants..

You know like in CORE? NATO counters instead of the current unit icons (you know, those who skif changes...)

Yes, it seems there's some good stuff within my modifications, isn't there?
As for the counters/icons: ok, got it. Something like in HoI3, then? Well, don't know, I much prefer small little soldiers, tiny ships and petty aircraft for my game , but if you want me to lend a hand with that, then ok.
