When you need to resupply an army, I'd like an option to spread the manpower and supplies around equally, rather than just the first division gets everything, and so out down the line.

Just have a slider(like in WiR) for "replace level", and divisions would only reinforce to that level.
they should just make this game a way more asthetically pleasing, real time, easier, and larger in scope WiR. Call it Hearts of Irons II: War on Earth
