If you subdue her on the steps fighting she can block further progress in the fight because you cant get past her on the stairs. I can consistently do that so perhaps someone subdued should phase out.

I think I know what you're talking about, but I could better be able to make it happen on my build if I saw what the issue was through a screenshot.
