There's an event in regards to my council abusing their office. I can choose between firing or forgiving the perpetrator. Should I choose to forgive him, a temple vassal opinion of -10 follows. They don't like me overlooking his abuse of office. Now here's the thing; my Chaplain also gets an opinion modifier against me. So he's basically upset that I forgave his abuse. My suggestion is either to (A) code it so that the person in question is excluded from this opinion modifier or (B) add an opinion modifier equal or greater to balance it out. This is is the lazy way though, so A would definitely be the better choice.
