For example, which areas have the greatest amount of federal crimes, the most common federal crimes, the areas with the most law-enforcement officers...need I go on?
"The numbers, Per Minister, are pretty much exactly what you'd expect them to be. Serious crimes are highest in those areas with the greatest poverty and the least hope -- inner cities and slums. Those are also the areas with the highest density of police officers, though not necessarily the greatest number per capita -- that prize generally goes to the wealthier suburbs that can afford to pay more in municipal taxes to fund more law enforcement.
"As for federal crimes, probably the most common we have sole jurisdiction over would be homicides, since they're capital. Of course, interprovincial crimes are more frequent, but they're all over the map -- they range from kidnappings to trafficking to simple things like high-speed chases that cross provincial borders."

If you want to draw up a proposal on this basis, by all means feel free to do so; I will be happy to look at it. Very well then, Has the general ratio of criminals to population decreased or increased over the years? Also, I would like you to do background checks on new immigrants. Thomas Mann and Samuel Martinez come to mind. I don't want to preside over an era of violence, and neither do you.

A Visitor enters the MIDA Headquarters. Using the directions he received from someone on the street, he finally suceeds in locating the Minister's office and carefully enters.
