Minister pic modding

Hi, I got problem changing the pic of one of my minister. The pic is the good size 36x50 but in game it is only a big white X instead of the pic I changed... Why?

Note that it work with any pic of kaiserreich or MDS, so obviously I must change something with the picture.

I found, the image was on the wrong format. It must be on : Bitmap 24 bits (*.bmp;*.dib)
