Playing CK2 you might have noticed that AI rarely builds anything - especially in castles and monasteries.
This minimod tries to fix it making early money-buildings cheaper and (to balance it) slightly less profitable. As a result, AI builds them quicker and has more money for other improvements.

Changes:
ca_town_1: build_cost = 50 (down from 100) tax_income = 1 (down from 1.5)
ca_town_2: build_cost = 75 (down from 120) tax_income = 1.5 (down from 2)
ca_town_3: build_cost = 150 (down from 200) tax_income = 2 (down from 2.5)

tp_town_1: build_cost = 50 (down from 100) tax_income = 1 (down from 1.5)
tp_town_2: build_cost = 75 (down from 100) tax_income = 2 (not changed)
tp_town_3: build_cost = 150 (down from 200) tax_income = 2.5 (not changed)

ct_marketplace_1: build_cost = 50 (down from 100) tax_income = 2 (down from 2.5)
ct_marketplace_2: build_cost = 75 (down from 100) tax_income = 2.5 (down from 3)
ct_marketplace_3: build_cost = 150 (down from 200) tax_income = 3 (down from 3.5)
