Sorry, couldn't find a grand question thread to ask this, so if this can be merged with it later, i have no problem, but just wanted to ask a few questions, some i remember currently, and some I've already forgotten but are on the edge of my brain and will end up asking.
Also i'm liking the changes made since i last played, the fleet manager, the pop needs, districts, the leader base cap, and the focus on space terrain that affects ship as well has the focus on hyperlanes/chokepoints, as well has trade, traditions too, seems alot more streamlined and easier to managed in a multiplayer game.
1st Question
Galactic Ambition - I've noticed starbase upgrades, like gun batteries give a -20% galactic ambition, can someone clear this up for me on what this actually means, since i cannot find anything in the wiki for this. Is it reduced threat level? i know in older versions of Stellaris when i last played, the more warlike tech you unlocked the more aggressively your faction was seen diplomacy wise.
