[Mini Mod] Shanghai International Settlement [DH Full]

Hello,

I have created a small mod which adds Shanghai International Settlement (上海共同租界) to DH Full ver.1.04 RC.
This settlement will be annexed by Japan anyway when the Sino-Japanese War started.

I have created this mod mainly for the training for my mod skill of EU engine, but I would like to share this file.
Currently I have no plan to improve this mod except bug fixing, but the occupation of Shanghai caused the escalation of the war, so that we might combine this tag with other events and event chains. F.e. if Japan haven't been aggressive in Shanghai, they could have more chance for a peace treaty with KMT.

Some technical information
1. This mod uses U00 tag for the Shanghai International Settlement.
2. Shanghai will be annexed one month later after the begin of the war.
