Mini-mod - Red Norway

As I didn't find Norway being bluish grey fitting, I changed it to the same color as the red background of the Norwegian coat of arms.
It now looks like this in-game:

The mini-mod is attached to the post. Just unzip to your mod-folder and enable it when you launch the game.

Agreed. I get a bit tired of "France" being blue in every single game, England being terra cotta, "Germany" being gray etc.

Might have to change that myself.
