Similarly to my Ethiopian Survival mini-mod, this mini-mod helps the Pechenegs survive for longer.
This is achieved by turning all Vlach counties (all but one are held by the Pechenegs) Tengri and Pecheneg. This lets the Pechenegs have the warrior cult in those counties as well, and they thus don't get eaten as easily by Hungary and Byzantium.
In my test game they lost one county to the Cumans early on, then didn't lose anything until 40 years after game start, when they lost the Duchy of Wallachia to Byzantium. In comparison they were already losing territory fast after 5 years in a campaign without the modifications.
This is fully compatible with the Ethiopian Survival mini-mod.
Simply unzip the file into your mod folder to install it.

A good idea might be to edit duchy composition so that the Cumans don't start with a ducal claim on the Pechenegs as they do now, as this war that happens in 90% of games very early is what triggers the inevitable gangrape by the Christians.

In my test game there were a couple decades between the Cumans took the county and the Byzantines took Wallachia, so the Pechenegs had surely recovered by then. Of course, losing 10% of their land does hurt them a bit, but I don't think it would've made much of a difference against the Byzantines.
