Features

Flags might change when some country moves between the following ideologies:
- Fascist/Nazi
- Paternal Autocrat
- Democratic (Social Conservative/Social Liberal/Market Liberal/Social Democrat)
- Left Wing Radical
- Leninist/Stalinist
So, you can see that there will be less flag changes during the game.
For each of these listed ideologies the countries may choose a new flag between some options, but there's always a considerable chance to the AI choose to adopt the historical one.
Most of the countries that are puppet states won't change flags according to their own ideology, but they'll adopt one that represents their masters' one.
Some countries will have additional alternative (or fictional) flags to choose too. I.e.: Nazi Germany can become Tomania (and then you can also put Hynkel or "the Barber" in power now!!).
There are counters for most of the main nations you probably will play with and to their "shadow countries" too. I.e.: Poland, U32, U44.
I made changes in the script of the events, trying to improve it to these new possibilities. There where also some changes (adds, odds...) made in flags from original Flagchange Project.
There are now also events for the formation of great nations (like Gran Colombia, Scadinavia and others).
If an alien invasion occurs, you may be able to choose wich kind of ET's you'll face ingame.
All features of my New Nations Minimod are also included in this pack, even the New Nations scenario.
7 Brand-new nations: Hawaii, Kyushu, Rep. Riograndense, Catalonia, Cascadia, Occitania and Taiwan; Prussia and "North Mexico" also as releasable countries now.
Added ministers/techs/leaders for Gran Colombia and Centroamerica.
You'll also find out that all the counters are semitransparent.

Many new flags, thanks to the work of RRT877 and Rumpnissen89, covering countries like North Ireland, Jamaica, Baltic States, etc.
Tweaked the revolt.txt and some AI files to make the flagchanging stuff more usefull.
Added (under permission) the "Minimum Wage" event, from Taxes and Reform minimod by Tormentor.

Important PS.: I will soon release a new version of the Alternative Flagchange Project. I'm working on the New Nations scenario (I added a shadow Rev. Brazil to the game)... untill this, you may experience a bug, 'cause I've forgotten to take out a line from the file EVENTS.TXT -> please, take the following line out manually untill the next release of the minimod:
event = "db\events\space_race.txt"
This line allows you to play with the events of the Space Race Mod Redux, but if you've not the mod installed it will bug the Flagchange mod when loading a game.
Sorry for this.
As I said, will be fixed in next patch.
