I'm thinking of making a civics modpack. If you'd like to see more let me know. This mod adds two civics:

Acolytes: Start with psionic theory tech, psi corps, and a flat +20% psionic research speed boost.
Atom Cult: Start on a Tomb world with two vaults, tomb world adaption tech and a flat +20% tomb world habitability boost.

If you have suggestions or issues let me know, I appreciate all feedback.

Feel free to include my assets in your mod just give me credit.

INSTALLATION:
1. Download mod here
2. Extract to your "documents\paradox interactive\stellaris\mod" folder.
3. Launch the game launcher and select the mod in the mod's tab.
3. Hit play.

Thanks, this is my first mod of any use to anyone. I'm debating in my mind about making a civics pack. I've got some ideas I'm interested in. Also just have more powerful civics in general.

Atom Cult: Reveres the power of the atom, higher tomb world habitability, unity from special buildings discovered on tomb worlds. Also start on a tomb world with a few of those buildings if i can figure out how to do that.

Cloning Expertise: Civilization mapped their genome, developed genetic tools, and mastered cloning long before achieving FTL travel. Start with the techs, a clone vault on the planet, a few clone armies, some modifiers that improve it, and possibly an extra trait point.

Precursor Remnants: This civilization evolved on a planet abandoned by a long extinct alien empire. Start with 1-2 alien factory buildings on the home world, unity from ancient alien buildings, increased research speed.

Just a few ideas.

I need to work on the icon and I need to find how agrarian idyll gives farms unity and put that to the vaults + particle accelerator. Works perfectly though. This is really easy and more entertaining than playing the game.

Okay figured it out, its done for now. I'll upload it soon

Hm....Odd. I seemed to be having trouble with your mod. The civics aren't appearing like they should.

I do have another civics mod activated. Let me see if that's causing it.

If it is, are you okay with me combining yours and this other's person's mods together? Don't worry, I'm not going to pass them off as my own.

Okay, well it's not the other civics mod. So, I'm not sure why they're not showing then. I unloaded them into the mod folder. Plus, the mod appears in the mod tab on the startup interface. So, I'm puzzled as to why it would be acting like this.

Just tried it and it works, try it without any other mod and if it works its one of them. If that doesn't work I wouldn't know why.
