As anyone played as Ming and defeated Japan before it is no longer considerable as a rival, in order to gain power demonstration points ? Can you give me some advices in order to do so ?

Why bother? Ming's time is better spent elsewhere. Ming gets alot more from tributaries alone. Humiliate rival as Ming is a total waste of time, money and manpower.
