In the province file their is column Mine. The only provinces that have 1 in this column are provinces with gold. Is this correct?

In Harvard's File Editing Guide (Which is very good) he say that all provinces with metal or gold should have 1 the other 0.

I think only gold provinces should have 1.

Havard could have been mistaken, but since I doubt it, I'll ask him to be sure.

I will start a new campaign and test one province and see what happends.
