Fun event but the math doesn't make sense as a choice... the second choice is +1% Professionalism.
Now, instead of +1% Professionalism, I can have a new general with possibly better stats and maybe only pay 45 military points for him and still get a +1% Professionalism.
So the motivation for the 2nd choice just gives nothing compared with the 1st choice which gives +10 noble loyalty, a new general and +1% Professionalism.
Was the second choice meant to be +2% Professionalism?
