Wondering what exactly military tech in your capital city affects. Does it give its bonuses to your personal levies from that province only, to all your levies from all your demesne, to all your armies in your realm, etc. Anyone know exactly?

yes, extra demesne gives you more levies, so I say that it is a military tech
