If the following states are annexed and then released as puppets, or created by event, and fully integrated into the conqueror's alliance (say conquered by Germany or USSR): Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria (possibly with Constantia, Instambul, Skopie, Northern Greece), Hungary (possibly with Slovakia and all Transylvania), Romania (with Bessarabia, possibly no Transylvania), Italy/RSI (possibly with Nice, Grenoble, Corsica, Fiume, Dalmatia), Scandinavia (possibly with Finland, with or without Denmark), France (before and after returning northern France for Vichy France), Croatia (with Bosnia, no Dalmatia)...
How much military power and of which type should be granted to each by event ?
Another question: if Scandinavia gets to stand in the place of Finland, would USSR still attack it, in Winter War, or would it be too big to mess with ?
