Military Leaders

Enjoying the demo but, is there any way to recruit military leaders? Am I missing something?

Your stuck with historically based leaders and some random conquistadors/explorers.

someone recently (proposed) placed hundreds of ottoman leaders for the entire game.

There was 100% vote against as it would unbalance the game

I think the final say was, they could be colonels with a 2-2-2 -0 rating ( basically the default starters)
