I read a suggestion thread about fixing the teleporting military leader. Some answer also tell that there is another problem included in, it is the military leader pool. i saw pretty good one that i want to make this thread to resume all idea and add new here (if people want to add some they are welcome !)
What i read :
I have some feature suggestion to add to the previous. I see 2 points of view.
We could even see specialized army depending on leader skill, if teleport becomes impossible/restricted. A main one, an anti rebels one (high manoeuver leader) etc.
There is also the possibility to change a little the army system. The current system work be also can be improved. I made a suggestion about improving the combat system by using a map movement to get a flanking bonus in battle. What i read :
- An "advisor like" military leader pool.
- Military leader limit, less limited ^^.
- Setting the military leader on the army. Or at least for a minimum amount of time.
- Put a travel time for military and naval leader.
- Get leader that have a skill to determine how many soldier he can lead.

- Few army stack, few leader, teleport the most usefull leader and engage (current eu4 system)
- Many army stack, many leader, each army need a leader (probably a little more like hoi or vic)
- Set a leader to an army with a "loyalty" system wich give a little moral bonus depending on battle or time and a malus when the leader is removed
- Army can only move if they have leader
- Get a malus on moral or having 0 on "tactics" if there is no leader (in game description : this is the military tactics of the combat leader) but if you have none ?!)
- If the military pool is expanded : it could depend on province developement/number, same for naval leader (coastal land)
