What i like about the new simcity was being able to expand upon a building, what i dislike about it, is another beast entirely.
It would be nice to plop down a military base and then once certain levels are obtained (population/industry levels), expand it and let it grow.
It would be great to have it actually boost industry - dirty and hitech. If x amount of soldiers are present as well, it should help boost local retail.
Having different types of military present (airforce, navy, army/marine) would be nice and perhaps policies that reflect the military presence
