Military Development (Grand Army Idea Event)

Hi,
This event used to be in the game, if you have Grand Army. It allowed slider moves on the Qual/Quant line. It's still on the wiki, but I can't find it in the EU3 DW files.

Was it removed? (Or which folder do I need to look in)

Military Development is still in the game. It has a MTTH of 30 years I think.

It can be found under reforms, and its event ID is 4035
