Damn the Turk indeed. Always messing up plans made by better men; first Zrinski, now Giorgi. How dare they! Teach 'm a lesson! A hard one, lest they forget

"Giorgi did treat them with some respect...paying them for every boy that gave birth to" how generous of him! :D

This will be the last part, im sorry for lack of spelling, quality, missing screenies and oddities! I stressed it together now when I found I was rather late! I promise to put more energy or atleast try to in the next round :)

It was brief but it was good, I agree with you that the quality of the screenies may not be the best (as in descriptive - but thats irrelevent) because I was getting a good taste about Giorgi through the writing, I especially liked his last stand and the bits describing what sort of man he was.

Georgia was never going to be an easy nation to play, especially having been released as a vassal :D

Have been lurking through this thread, reading I think all of it, since the very beginning of the whole idea of playing one leader per player. And I like this a lot :). All the parts of this AAR were very entertaining, but I liked the most the bits about Babur and Nurhachi :D. Pity Giorgi failed to achieve as much as his predecessors, but it is quite understandable. He still put up quite a performance.

BTW - People, unfortunately due to RL circumstances, AmbassadeBelgie has had to pull out of Napoleons session, therefore Im opening up Friedrich II (if I can find the save) and Napoleon (I have this save), for anybody who would like to have a go, otherwise, I will run the remainder of the game handsoff(after Lord Skane) , and give a final update.
Ah, by the way, is this still feasible? If it is possible, I could play as Nappy or Friedrich II...

Hehe thansk! Better to be honest and tell me what I did wrong! It is after all the first (short) AAR ever I finished.

Georgia was a hell of a country to play :) I did not even believe in my own ability to even take as much as I did! I always quiet when I find myself out numbered :p

I was stupid in the move and not retreating Giorgi! Damnit :D

EDIT: Ohh and yeah..The cuts, bullet and battering ram that took to kill him was exaggerating for some comical measures...Battering rammed to death...is not normal!

Good work. Short but sweet and quite some success considering your starting position and your powerful neighbours.

Damn Turk. And that uber-alliance... eeek! Perhaps fitting though that you got killed by the heir of Zrinski :)

Hehe thanks TeeWee! Yeah it was one hell of an alliance! Russia was never used to Georgias advantage either so my own alliance was not so great as I thought back then! :)

I kind of left em in ruins too so I think they will shrink and/or get annexed! Hehe yeah...fitting croatians stopped him :p

Thanks Emperor, it is definately feasible. I cant find the Friedrich save, but I could reload Georgia's final save and rerun the hands off period until Friedrich comes (if u prefer him), or I could just upload the Napolean save for u (its already to go)

Personally I would prefer to see Nappy because he is the best leader in the game (stat wise) but its ur call.

Hey, u didnt do anything wrong :p , it just my opinion and Im no authority on the matter :D (taking another look at what I wrote there about screenies, really, its abit unfair, its ur story man...it was short but sweet.

Aye, did u have a chance to ally or did u consider allying urself with the Turks?

As far as battles go, i always slowed the game speed right down so i could watch every day go by and see the results carefully, if it starts to go bad (losing too many troops), retreat imediately

I was trying to picture that, when i first read it :D  , but thought perhaps it took a battering ram to get to him (in some building or something)

Then please, upload me tha Nappy file :D. I hope I can do well enough with him... In his time though, there are more quite... cool leaders for France (Davout etc) - I can use them of course, no? :D

Could you also just be so kind as to tell me which version of EU2 you are playing, 'cos if I remember correctly this was without mods?
I'll try to play it asap, and write something then... Hope I can beat you all, conquest-wise... :D

Thanks! :D
The turks? No never, they utterly hated me and I hate them :) Relation point wise! I thought I could survive the battle when the Croatians came by that IT would auto retreat... Im such a noob still! Haha!

The battering ram thing us up for anyone to see in their own way!

And to put it down, the Turks was pretty stupid really..When I had about 500-800 cavalry left they insisteed on going around with like 200+ infantry groups giving me a higher warscore :) No massing on the board then go in and take provinces :p Silly turks!
