Why does the AI get military access to my lands without even asking for it?

Im playing a game as France where Castille got Netherlands at the start and allied themselves with Austria, which inherited Burgundy and now Im in the middle of 2 superpowers. It wouldnt be that bad, but then Castille keep sending troops to help Austria through my territory and I never granted them access. Now Austria can grow even more powerful and I cant do much against them, because of course my allies (Venice and Milan) are too afraid to go to war against them.... To add insult to injury Castille got the Iberian wedding and they managed to claim Naples because well, they had access to my territory without even asking for it.

It's called Conditional Military Access. It's an AI load "fix" to give the AI less things to calculate, where every participant in a war gets access through territory so long as one part has it. This includes enemies. So if you give military access to someone in hopes that they can carry out strikes on your rival, you've also given military access to your most loathsome foe to go intercept them.

I'm not a fan.
