In the stream just now Germany, though not allied with Hungary, came in and 'garrisoned' the border with Poland. Later, when Daniel auto-created a frontline against Germany, it made a front through USSR territory (though I'm not sure if the units would actually have gone through the territory).

Even if Germany and Hungary are both individually at war with Poland, it doesn't seem to make sense to me that units from either nation would be able to move through the other nation's territory despite not being in the same faction... Was this intentional? What is the reasoning behind it if it was? Is there something I missed or misunderstood?

On a similar note, it created some bordergore I hoped not to see this time around in Northern Romania, Lithuania and Latvia. Military access should not be granted automatically because you share an enemy.

The bordergore would happen anyway if you had multiple allies joining you in a war, as we saw in the multiplayer stream. I don't think it'd be easy to fix that problem per se, but at least in those cases the nations creating the bordergore were actual allies... In the case of Hungary and Germany, and the USSR and Germany, these were mutually neutral nations who simply shared a common enemy... Which like you said doesn't really make any sense...

Yeah, the sudden appearance of a huge foreign, non-allied, non-enemy army within your borders without you giving them access doesn´t make sense.
I hope this gets fixed, so that another nation just cannot enter your territory without your consent (unless at war of course).
