Seeking for further advise because I have a good run now. I feeded Florence a bit from Ferrara and I will feed him some papal provinces. I also was able to free Urbino and eat Siena and Lucca. Venice is in hard trouble with Austria but nobody of my allies wants to join the war because of good relations. Only Brandenburg but they have some WE. Florence and Savoy would join against the pope. THe question now is who should I attack first. Weakened Venice or the Pope?

will the pope bring in hungary? hungary has a 20+ stack and its horses are strong. If the allies wont help then go ahead, your goal is to feed florence I take. Whos been excommunicated so far? provence?
For venice, if they are alone, they can field up to 20 guys, check the ledger to make sure they are at 0 manpower have no mercs, and have low treasury (so they wont rebuild as soon as you declare), also if austria is the one attacking, they should add whatever they grab to the HRE anyway, You could wait until they are done since they are already sieging everything so you wont get to beat them to the land grab.
Just finished a milan run although I didnt get a good diplo setup for feeding anyting, I just grabbed the land myself. If your run doesnt work you coudl try mantua then ferrara, that would give you access to make claims all over the coastal provinces, not lucca siena (my game I did lucca florence).
If you go for venice remember to do reconquest on Brescia.
If you are going to mothball armies, then mothball forts as well you are wasting 0.5 per month there.

Yes he will. But I can destroy the pope easily on my own and for hungry I am counting on my allies.

Austria is defending but still destroying Venice. Maybe I wait till the war is over and attack immediately afterwards.

Luckily money isn't an issue. I saved up a lot and in the worst case I can still take loans.

The war against the papal state is very easy. Hungary gets wrecked by my allies and Bohemia. But the War between Ferrara/Austria against Venice didn't do much. Only the vassals got free and not Venice is allied with super Castile (Aragon and Naples). Only 20 years left to conquer Rome, Urbino and the Venice provinces...

How can I get my allies in this war asap because Castile is busy! I am thinking of paying of Bohemian's loans to get them in. No clue how to get Brandenburg in or Florence. Austria is of limits because of lack of favors and interest.

Losing the vassals is good enough, less forts to take and lesser troop count. Bohemia will clearly join if you give them all the gold they need (pray they use it to pay the loans in full). Worst case do check with the ottomans, I got them as ally easily (shared venice rival) and they clearly wreck them. If you ally the ottomans try to give them land nearby, eg Dalmatia, if everyone in Italy feels threatened they may add the stuff themselves.
Something you can try at some point is going to war with one of the easier allies (eg knights), focus on venice and get them out with the breaking of all their major alliances, you want the shortest truce, so you declare right after before they recover. Or ally the allies and declare on someone else and keep them stuck in your war so you can go solo while they are unable to defend.
All in all it seems winnable if you wipe genoa day 1, knights are inconsequential, pope can be wiped second, utretch will take a while to arrive (or may not arrive if you have military access to them). Feel free to overload on alliances (and mercs) just to get it done.
While at war, send a diplomat to castille so they dont change their mind.
Finally, you can see if you can increase diplo rep.

I don't think I can managed this in time. A five year truce is too long when I have to conquer Venice a second time.
I choose this option and overextend myself a bit. Once I took all relevant provinces I can keep it low and focus on becoming Emperor. One additional problem is the lack of DipRep with huge OE.
I think you get wrecked by England so I don't have to bother with them.

I crushed Venice but I can't take all the province because Florence occupies one but don't wants it -.- Any idea?

if you are sure they wont take it and you wont war again, then game of chicken, win. Should take 5 years. let rebels steal whatever province they actually want.
If they will take it then take your stuff and war florence later.
Yeah thats why I said if they use the money to pay the loans, bet they bought shiny new temples and mercenaries.
Forget it. I made a with peach get get them in five years but they allied Austria and my allies are useless. I start from scratch.
btw, vassalizing the pope costs less ae so if you can have a run where early on they lose territory you can vassalize the rest, you will need time so you can integrate later
I need at least 3 wars against the pope. So when Rome is left I will no have the time to wait for annexation.
If you become Emperor you can enact the decision and not have to integrate him.
If you're not well better find a way to get those wars in.
Yeah right. The emperorship is one of the huge random factors in this run. To get it you will need those two dip rep from diplo ideas and those get unlocked very late and then you need to hope that the current one dies. I managed it to get it before but this is pure luck.
Same goes with those alliances of the targets. When they ally France, Castile or Austria it is so much harder to crush them or takes longer.
not that hard, they wont ally only the big guys, you just declare o one of the other allies, focus on the pope and peace annulling all big guy aliances for quick truce, then declare directly, same for venice, for instance venice tends to ally the knights, only ally, easy target, you dont need to aim for emperor, unless ofc thats what you want to do, i suggest influence, diplomatic makes no sense if you want to target lots of ae
