Should be no harder than a standard Reich game - just get the UK out before the US join and viola.

What makes that one difficult is that you have to defeat both the Axis and the Allies. I came pretty close, but I couldn't really continue it because of late game lag. Regardless, it's pretty much to your advantage to flip to Communist in the mid to late game and side with the Soviets- even the Wiki suggests doing this. Basic strategy though is to ensure you get the Austrians and Czechs annexed by event (if you're not aware, the Czechs are basically guaranteed to accept annexation if you time your focus with 20-25% WT and/or if Germany is doing the Sudetenland focus), then go after the Axis which should be a complete pushover since they'll have both you and the Allies to worry about. With Soviet resources at your disposal and some Axis industry (on top of what you've already inherited), all you've got to do from there is muster either the navy or the air power to put down the Allies. Just got to hope you can do all of that before the US gets involved of course, otherwise it makes things a lot thornier...
