Just a Question to all of you.

I was under the Impression that I would have been able to draw Pops from an other empire for colonization efforts as Long as they have a Migration treaty with me. It shouldn't have been necessary for them to actual live already in my empire.
Yet I don't get offers for Special Pops to colonize different Bioms.

If I am not mistaken, the other species do indeed not show up when you click the colonize button on a planet and then "auto-build" a colony ship.

However, if you "manually" built a colony ship at a starbase, it should work.
