Greetings, so it has been a long while since I touched this game from release, now back after purchasing utopia and leviathan and wow much have been added and changed. Nice

So started a new game as one of the predetermined race, can't remember the exact name but I'm Fanatical egalitarian + xenophile.

Noticed in the beginning my pop was migrating too much and wanted to put a cap on this, though strangely I am unable to find the migration policy that controls that? Only thing close was resettlement. I remember there should be a migration policy?

Perhaps it's my ethos? I know some policies don't appear until later in the game though so that could also be one of the reasons?

Oh man, I'm so out of touch!

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think you need to click on your or other race and "edit" it or what ever it is (sorry forgot the name) and you will see something about migration there. Sorry for not being so much help, haven't played Stellaris much but played Star Trek New Horizons a bit. So not sure if there is any difference there or not. Hope this helps a bit.

Edit.

Look for "Species" tab then click on "Set Rights" and you should see Migration there.
