First of all sorry for my broken english.
I guess it has already be said that there is not much room for jewish ruler fantasy except when you conquer Jerusalem. That's for this mid game taht my suggestion is. Maybe you heard of the Himyarite kingdom. I thought maybe it could be a fun addition to add the restauration of this kingdom to possible objectives when you have bedouin culture (I'm not sure if the Beta Israel Ethiopian Jews would have much connexions to it).
For the semitic paganism (you heard about the temple of Palmyria destroyed by ISIS), maybe we could get a PNJ with this religion when we get the eternal life event , and maybe choose to embrace this religion and maybe try to restore it and reform it (Or I don't know, a hermetict event that make you discover a hidden community/society of worshippers of this pantheon and you can choose to embrace it, if you're not zealous) ? It would be a very hard objective (unless you are already feudal emperor or nomad)to go from scratch and spread the religion (we already know the holy sites for the religion so it's easy to determine how to reform it). There can be variants with other middle easter polytheism too (but I'd like to make Mecca a polytheist place again), or even Mithraism and other religions that I don't know in other regions. I guess it would be another DLC ahah xD
