Mid-game flag change

I noticed the English flag changes to the union jack in the act of union and got to thinking if it is possible to have the flags of other countries change by event too, or if that change is somehow hardcoded for England only

The French can change to the Tricolor in one Revolutionary event.

And that's all. These two are hardcoded, and other nations cannot change flags. You can change a flag or a shield, though, if you change your TAG as well.

thats not a flag change, that's a country change
If you count in them you can count in when becoming France, China, Spain and Prussia too
