Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Error

After updating to 1.092 I'm having the same problem. Whenever I start a game (both vanilla and with CK2+) I can play for about ten days and then it gives me a runtime error without warning. Strangely I don't get this error in the Game of Thrones mod. The game's unplayable with this issue, would appreciate if someone could help me out I'd appreciate it. 
I've disabled autosaves and I'm not playing with the Republic DLC (just Ruler Designer, Mongol Faces and Sword of Islam).

Hmm. It seems to be working now that I've gone in and manually deleted everything off my computer (as opposed to uninstalling through Steam, which didn't actually delete everything) and then reinstalling.
