Basically what the title says.
As the Miaphysite emperor of Abyssinia and Francia, I am unable to excommunicate anyone else, especially subjects of the same religion. Tooltip says: "(so and so) must have the same religious head..." but AFAIK there is only one religious head of the miaphysite religion?
