MGO: Some examples of the above would be Von Paulus not being allowed to retreat from Stalingrad and the ridiculous "hold all ground" order and The Battle Of the Bulge". These were all orders that had profound consequences for the axis, will they be part of what a player has to put up with playing as the axis as in Europa Universalis, you have "temporary insanity of monarch"? (I know they are very different and will be implemented differently, but am using this as an example from Europa Universalis)
Henrik Fåhraeus: No. In HoI, a human player basically usurps the double role of Commander in Chief and Head of Government. For Germany this can only be a vast improvement. (Joke)

yay new screenshots
and a new German flag, too.
hmmm strange strange.. the province names on these screenshots are different from the official ones by Paradox. They are missing ü, ö and ä in the German names and the day and night display on the worldmap is missing, so this must be rather old screenshots of HoI.
Anyways those 4 men in the province of Salzburg on the 2nd or in Malmö on the 3rd screenshot are interesting.
And now I will read the interview
so after reading the interview, I have to say that it is quite nice and informative. If you read between the lines you can even catch some more infos.
