Hi

In Vienna I am trying to build a metro under a river. How do I do that. I build a Metrostation and am automatically on level 2. To go under the river I need level 3, but I cannot connect the two. How do I do this??

To get from lvl1 to 2 or from 2 to 3 you need quite a bit of space it seems. You can select level 3 and then drag from station to station. It should work out the rest for you. But its a bit of a pain at times. Already today i have mistakenly built a metro line beneath a station i wanted to call at about 3 times.

Just build a section on level 3 and a section on level 2 with a few tiles space between them.
Then, just draw a line between the two sections, and the game will automatically create the transition.
Remember that it will only work for a transition of one level (level 3 to level 2, level 2 to level 1, ground level to overground).

@giladteller - This was what I was trying to do the first time, but I guess I had the two levels too close to eachother. I got it to work now :) Thanks to the both of you. I made a line with three stops, but I did not make any money on it :)
