Can we have the metro DLC next please?

Its a shame that the metro DLC was not released first as there is already a good selection of buses, trams, trolleys and water buses available. The tram DLC is nice, but does not add anything much to the options available. The metro DLC is the only one that will add something new to the game; configurable trains that allow us to vary the train formations at different times of the day.

Yes. I'm looking forward to this one. I wonder if the stations also can be adjusted in length?
I would love to see some underground walkways and stairs to and from the platforms, or maybe some adjustable placement of the teleporters.

I find all of this a little suspicious. When we ask CO about releases they always say that it's all in Paradox' hands. There is no excuse for not releasing the DLC.

Perhaps the metro DLC still needs more work (note that it does have new functionality), but assuming the trolleys and boats are done, we should have them by now.

I find this all so amusing, we're begging for more DLC and it's taking ages for them to come through with it - but with other games we just want good base content, no DLC, and we get a ton of useless add-ons (Saints Row 3 anyone?)

Because while initial price of CiM2 is low(19.5 bucks) , it feels still incomplete (most recent pc games are felt incomplete to me) and fill that gap by recent 2 DLCs (vehicle addon).

I yearn for rest of vehicle DLCs, because I felt adding more vehicle makes this game more amusing. My recent city uses buses and trams extensively and metros and trolleys are somewhat scarcely used because of that.

What I actually want most is fix dynamic city growth better, but currently CO staffs are on vacation, it would not be done until august. but DLCs are assumed to be completed and that's all in Paradox's hands, so I need another DLCs

Argh, agreed. I've gotten two friends to buy the game, and whenever I play CiM2 on their steam accounts....argh. 3 buses? Come on CO. The DLCs are definitely the way to go, or every city would be boring using the same vehicles all the time.

I like the fact they give such powerful editors pretty much makes map DLCs obsolete, which is probably why they are focused heavily on vehicle DLCs. However, the game has come a VERY LONG way from release. If CO keeps up the updates as major as they've been doing for the life of this game, this game is going to be killer.

I agree too. even well-praised Simcity 4 isn't completed one day. I've bought SC4 just after released. At that time, it has significant amounts of bugs including infamous won't-grow-stage-8-buildings. some minor bugs are not fixed even until releasing rush hour expansion. no modding tools like BAT editor too. but they have done some patches, one expansion, and modding tools like lot editor and BATs make it much better.
