I made a post about this game regarding coalitions and later, I tried to impove my relatonships and got rid of coalitions but I have another nasty problem now: PUs!
Austria got a PU with Hungary in around 1600 and diplo-annexed it. Portugal has a PU with England, which could never become GB for this reason. SPAIN HAS A PU WITH THE BLUE BLOB...YIKES! Also, Poland has a PU with Lithuania and finally, I have a PU on Hedjaz, which had annexed Ethiopia, Yemen and Oman and also the same dynasty on the Timurid throne.
So, you can see that I pretty much noped out of my expansion in the west and focused on east but now, Muscovy diplo-annexed Georgia and Armenia and also gobbled-up everything in the north except for the Nogai. Also, I hit my head on Spain whenever I want to expand: in Croatia, in Italy, in Africa, in Indonesia...
Luckily, I have alliances with the Portugal, Bohemia and Sweden to counter Spain, Austria and Muscovy but it got kinda silly: those 3 guys + Poland have an alliance now and so, whenever I want to do something, anywhere, I have epic battles between stacks of 150 on Anatolia before I get an economic crisis and lose all my navy and Russia gets bored of getting trapped in Erzurum, we get a white peace and that's it - same when it wants to expand to Crimea or Nogai. (Bohemia gets utterly devastated by Austria, Portugal is no match for Spain+France and can't bring troops from Americas, Sweden can't hold alone against Finland+Muscovy and Morocco just sits around until I can offer vassalization while Muscovy gets busy partying in my backyard)
I tried everything to break the Austrian-Spanish-Russo-Polish alliance with Lithuania and France as lesser partners but I'm out of ideas. I am messing wth the Arabs now but they'll all die in 2 decades or so and I may use some advice to break any of the members of this alliance.
