Message setting for thieves ring etc?

Hi all,

I am stumped: I have gone deep in the red and as expected thieves guilds, smugglers rings and highway bands have sprung up all over my demesne - which is fine.

But I did not get any messages about this happening.

I have checked the settings for 'all messages' and cannot see the relevant message type, and have also checked the High/Low prio messages and the message log w/o seeing any generated messages.

This bugs me now - can anyone more knowledgeable than myself point to the appropriate message setting?

It's "Notification Events" in All tab.
