Hello again !
Has anyone else noticed some strange things about the handling of event messages ?
In the ingame options one can decide, what to do if a certain event occurs.
e.g. another nation gets a new monarch (or something like that). Then you can choose:
a) to show no message
b) to show a message in the event log
c) to show a message box
d) to show a message box and pause the game
I wanted to be informed about EVERYTHING in the game and set all the events to d) !
But after confirming my choice und leaving the options, I noticed not the slightest change. Still there will be most events only displayed in the event log and therefore pass my attention !
Did I do something wrong ?
Or does it not work in the tutorial ?
Please help me to get more informated !
A little bit confused, but still enthusiastic
Soma.
PS: I've reworked the text.csv and changed some english leftovers in there, changed that boring 'seabattle-instead-of-fieldbattle-bug' and did some finetuning on the german text.
Now there's only little to critzise !
Ok, a few language bugs are still there, but that are things to take care in an official patch, because these things are in the eu.exe !
