Message board question - no email notifications?

Hi folks,

I'm new to the EU2 site - and loving it!

This is not an EU2 question per se, but still -

I've set my default Control Panel Options for "default thread subscription" mode to "Instant email notification". I've double checked that the setting "took", and that my email addy is entered correctly. (Of course, the account validation guarantees this.)

But, I am not getting email notifications of thread subscriptions.

I did, however, get notified of a private email message.

All the threads I would currently want to be notified on, are in my CP subscription list. But, I'm not getting any emails when someone replies to the threads.

Can anyone clue me in to what I am doing wrong?

Well the e-mail if you recieve a PM works.

You can just use "User CP" at the top left on the forum screen. You are automatically subscribed to any thread you post in (and any thread you manually subscribe to under the thread tools menu). When you open your user CP, it shows you all active threads you are subscribed to.

Active meaning the ones that have had at least one new post since you last logged on.
