I can’t find out how to select more than one air formation. Because of that I’m not able to merge.
Anyone know?

# Maximum sizes of air-stacks
5
GrimReaper said:It has been mentioned before, yes. The reason is that you cannot have an air stack larger than 5 units, at least not in the demo.
From misc.txt in the \db folder:
Code:# Maximum sizes of air-stacks 5
Actually there is one way; click the air plane-symbol to the top-left, and you get a listing of all your air units. Then use, IIRC, Click + Shift to remove units from the list.DevilMayCry said:I have several problems with merging air units.
When i use the sprites i can, most of the time, simply frame the airbase and merge them. But sometimes(ie in some provinces) it is hard to not hit land units instead.
When i use counters(which i prefer) it seems that i cannot merge air units at all, except they are the only units in the province.
Miss i something? why can't i simple remove the units i don't want to merge in the province summary? Whenever i click at a unit there it brings up the unit stats, the strg/shift buttons don't seem to work.
I really want a better way to choose multiple air units.

It's kind of a PITA, but it works.

All i can do is click at airbases and click with shift at the green bars. This is quite annoying with greater stacks because you don't know which bar belongs to which unit and it doesn't work while using counters.
Isn't there a simple way, with land units it works well, why not with air units?![]()

shift click on any to remove it from the selected list.
way to do it if I remember correct.
